Return and Exchange Policy
Our return policy is good for 30 days from date of purchase for an exchange only. After the 30 day time frame unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging is on a case by case biases
Several types of goods are exempt at all times from being returned, such as but not limited to custom items, undergarment, swimsuit's, & clearance items.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require an email prior to returning the item to email@example.com . Please place you order number in the subject field.
Refunds (if applicable)
There are few scenarios that will constitute for a refund, once your item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If approved please first check with your financial institution it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with "Refund Status" and order number in the subject field.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged for store credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to request an exchange, DO NOT send your item(s) back before contacting Diamond Pieces first.
Shipping of a returned item
To return your product,please mail the item(s) to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item valued at $25 and over or a custom item(s), we require that you use a shipping service that provides tracking or that you purchase shipping insurance (proof is required). Diamond Pieces is not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
